The Business Manager is the customer’s first point of contact. Their mission: to receive customer requests and respond to them in record time, contacting their network of suppliers in a responsive manner and negotiating the right products with them at the best prices… and in the shortest time frame!

Our customers call on us for a multitude of different needs. On their behalf, we act as facilitators, receiving a diverse range of supplies and re-shipping them in a single group order. I am still amazed by the inexhaustible variety of products that we order and receive at Belmar! Each day, I develop my curiosity and my taste for a challenge. I can spend hours seeking a solution to satisfy my customers.

The stiff competition in our sector of activity (trade) requires great responsiveness on our part. As soon as I receive my customer brief, I make it my business to respond to the request in its entirety, and as accurately as possible. In the event that I cannot find the exact reference ordered, I make it my business to offer my customer equivalent products. By taking on a role of recommendation, I remain proactive and send a positive message, demonstrating Belmar’s great flexibility. We are lucky enough to work on a daily basis with customers who trust us. Our quality of service must be above reproach to meet all their requirements and to provide satisfaction. It is our responsibility to develop commercial relations with customers and to go out into the field (in Africa mainly) to meet potential prospects and offer them Belmar’s services.
