Sales administration
Within Belmar, the Sales administration division constitutes the link between the sales reps and the store. Its mission is to ensure that the products ordered from suppliers are delivered to the warehouse on time before being shipped out to the customer. At Belmar, this division is divided into two entities: the first assists the business managers in their relationship with suppliers (sourcing, reminding), while the other places orders directly with partners.

Everyday tasks:
- assist the sales department;
- place orders with suppliers;
- administrative and logistic follow-up to orders;
- draft the technical documentation that goes with each order;
- relationships with carriers;
- after-sales service to customers.
Qualities required:
- versatility;
- dynamism;
- attention to detail;
- good knowledge of international relations (relations with suppliers around the world);
- some knowledge of international trade (incoterms…);
- fluent English.
“In my profession, I particularly enjoy the diverse range of missions entrusted to me. I am lucky enough to work in contact with all the departments in the company (accounting, administration, sales, storehouse) and this gives me a cross-cutting vision of the chain of business lines at Belmar. As soon as a customer order is validated by the sales department, we take up the relay with the suppliers. First, we make sure the orders are placed and then we take charge of all the administrative and logistics follow-up of the goods. In particular, our job is to prepare all the technical documentation and define the delivery conditions for packages to the warehouse with the suppliers. After-sales service to our customers is also part of our daily tasks.”
